Welcome!
Thanks for taking the time to visit.
Exertus, Inc. is a private company delivering trusted advisor service to executives regardless of industry segment or specialty.
Corporate executives engage with Exertus’s founder Cris Casey for a wide array of information technology and business process management and advisory services delivered for greenfield, M&A, transformation or rescue initiatives.
About Exertus
Exertus, Inc. was started in 2004 by Cris Casey as the next step in a successful line of professional service and software development ventures.
Given Casey’s background in technology and project management, it should be no surprise Exertus operates as an efficient and flexible specialized network of highly skilled, field-tested, like-minded independent professionals supported by a number of “utility” infrastructure and platform providers (including AWS for all customer facing tools).
The benefit to customers is three-fold:
Agility
The operating model is designed for rapid response to customer’s needs.
Efficiency
With minimum allocation to non-productive overhead, investment is optimized; more bang per buck.
Effectiveness
By using experienced independent collaborators, expert judgment and discretion is exercised at incredibly swift rates.
The company is incorporated in North Carolina, has a federal tax status of a Sub-S corporation and carries insurance coverage typical of most professional service firms.
